  • All transactions are final. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following exceptional and verified cases:

  • The promotional event is officially canceled before a winner is drawn.
  • A verified technical error on our side caused a duplicate charge.
  • You were charged, but the system failed to register your participation and no confirmation was received..

3. Event Cancellation

  • If an event is canceled, all confirmed participants will be notified and reimbursed in full to the original payment method.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund based on the cases above, please contact us within 7 days of the issue:

  • By participating, you agree to the following:
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system, including but not limited to:
  • using VPNs or proxy servers,
  • placing rapid or repeated transactions from the same IP

    • - using false or stolen identities or payment information

  • attempting chargebacks or unauthorized reversals
  • bypassing quiz or eligibility requirements
  • may result in **permanent exclusion from all current and future campaigns**
  • Offenders may be added to a **public blacklist**, which can be viewed on our website.
  • We reserve the right to log your IP address, browser fingerprint, geolocation, and transaction metadata for fraud prevention purposes.
  • Suspicious behavior may be automatically blocked at checkout, without warning.

    • Repeat violations or serious abuse may be reported to payment processors, banks, or legal authorities.

  • To ensure full transparency, all blocked participants are automatically listed on our public blacklist page.
  • This list is **not editable** and displays real-time entries of users/IPs flagged for abuse or suspicious behavior.
  • Use of automation tools, bots, or scripts to gain unfair access is strictly prohibited.
