2. Participation Process

  • Participation is confirmed through our website, with each entry receiving a unique reference number.
  • Multiple confirmations may improve your odds of being selected.

3. Selection Procedure

  • The selection process is conducted via an automated and verifiable system.
  • Selection takes place once all entries for that event are confirmed.
  • If the final entry is received after 16:00 UK time, the selection will occur the next day.
  • Each event will identify one main participant, though additional recognitions may be granted based on the specific campaign.

4. Notification

  • Selected individuals will be contacted by phone using the number provided during participation.
  • Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in an alternate participant being selected.

5. Outcome Processing

  • Monetary outcomes are transferred electronically within 24–48 hours.
  • Physical items are shipped based on the recipient’s location, typically within 7 working days.
  • All items are subject to availability and may be replaced with a comparable alternative if needed.
  • All monetary values are processed in GBP (£). Currency conversions will be handled automatically, and Balcanic Giveaway covers any exchange fees.
  • We recommend using a Revolut account for fast and cost-free processing.

6. Confirmation Validity

  • All confirmed participations are final and non-refundable.
  • Any duplication or payment error will be reviewed manually upon request.

8. Limitations of Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for participations lost due to technical or connectivity failures.
